Meet Ben
A TPI-certified strength coach who plays the game — training golfers to hit longer, play more consistently, and stay injury-free.
Ben Stew is a strength and conditioning coach — and a golfer. He started training golfers after seeing how much distance and consistency the average player leaves on the table simply by being under-strength for the swing.
Performance is not theory for Ben. He spent twenty years in rugby, including representing the Dutch national team, and has coached for over a decade since. Today he is Head Coach of a rugby team and plays off an 18 handicap.
His approach is practical and specific: no generic gym programmes, no chasing soreness. Just the strength, power and mobility work that translates directly to the course, built around your body and your season.
